Shipping Policies:

We offer worldwide shipping with the following estimated delivery times:

  • Inside Europe: 2-5 business days
  • Outside Europe: 5-13 business days

Standard shipping is free for all orders.

Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via email with a link to track your shipment.

Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be returned with tags attached, unworn, and in the same packaging as received.
  • Return Procedure: Send us an email at info@ceoculture.store to initiate the return process.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Packages not delivered to the customer will be eligible for a refund. The refund amount is as follows:

  • 100% of the purchase amount if the delivery issue is due to factors beyond the customer's control.

  • 85% of the purchase amount if the delivery issue is due to the customer's actions, such as:

    • Failure to provide a correct address, resulting in the delivery being returned to the sender.
    • Failure to collect the delivery before the courier initiates a return process.

Damaged or Defective Items:
